Welcome to For Your Eternity. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, www.foryoureternity.com, and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Full Terms & Conditions of Sale
3.1 Definition
(a) In these conditions, “the Company” refers to For Your Eternity Ltd.
(b) “The Customer” refers to the person who accepts a quotation or whose order is accepted by the Company.
3.2 General Summary
- The minimum order value for goods supplied by post is ÂŁ20.00 inc. VAT.
- Payment for goods must be cash or cheque with a valid banker’s card.
- All postal sales must be paid before dispatch, unless a credit account is set up.
3.3 Payment Terms
(a) All prices are quoted net.
(b) Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 30 days after dispatch.
(c) If payment remains unpaid after the due date, a surcharge of ÂŁ10.00 or 2.5% (whichever is greater) will apply per month.
(d) The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for non-payment and conduct credit checks if necessary.
4. Orders & Delivery
4.1 Custom & Bespoke Orders
- Custom-made, bespoke, or specially commissioned jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We require written confirmation of the final design before production begins.
- Bespoke orders typically take 4–6 weeks but may be delayed due to material availability.
4.2 Delivery Policy
- All orders include free, insured delivery.
- Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 1–3 business days
- International: 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)
- Force Majeure Clause: The Company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as industrial disputes, supplier delays, or war.
4.3 Retention of Title
- Goods remain property of the Company until full payment is received.
- The Company reserves the right to reclaim goods if payment is not made.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if:
- The jewellery does not conform to the agreed specifications.
- There has been a manufacturing error.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made, bespoke, or personalised jewellery.
5.2 Return Process
- Customers must notify us within 14 days if they believe the item is faulty.
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all documentation.
5.3 Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees and any custom duties paid are non-refundable.
6. Pricing & Quotations
6.1 Price Adjustments
- The Company reserves the right to adjust prices based on daily metal market rates.
- Any quotation is valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Quality & Tolerances
(a) The Company guarantees that all goods:
- Are free from defects in workmanship or material.
- Conform to agreed written specifications.
- Precious metals meet industry-accepted purity standards.
(b) Diamond grades & colours may vary by ±10% and up to two colours/clarities.
(c) Weight & dimension tolerance is ±5% unless specified otherwise by the Customer.
7. Ring Resizing & Repairs
- We offer free resizing, but resizing may affect a ring’s integrity.
- We are not responsible for any issues that arise after resizing.
- Eternity rings and certain designs may not be eligible for resizing.
8. Warranty & Damages
8.1 Manufacturer’s Warranty
- A 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to wear and tear.
- Modifications or repairs by third parties.
8.2 Liability Limitations
- The Company’s liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
- The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on www.foryoureternity.com, including images, text, and designs, belongs to For Your Eternity Ltd.
- Any unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your data is processed under UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
- By using our website, you consent to data collection as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
- Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Set-off & Cancellation Rights
12.1 Right to Set-off
- The Company reserves the right to offset debts owed by the Customer against credits or refunds.
12.2 Order Cancellation
- The Customer cannot cancel an order unless agreed in writing by the Company.
- The Company may cancel orders due to non-payment or supply chain issues.
