Cushion Cut Diamonds
The cushion cut is a square or rectangular shape with softly rounded corners and a pillow-like silhouette, a direct descendant of the old mine cuts of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. It throws broader, more romantic flashes of light than a modern round.
