Most listings show the price of the setting. Choose a centre stone on the product page and the complete ring price appears before you order. Prices are fixed before we make, and nothing is added later.

Both are diamonds, chemically and optically identical, and both come with GIA or IGI certificates. Lab-grown costs less per carat, so the same spend buys a larger or higher-grade stone. Natural diamonds carry rarity and a documented origin. Neither is right for everyone; we show both side by side.

Elongated shapes, oval, pear and marquise, look larger than a round of the same carat because more of the weight sits in the visible face. Round brilliants show the most sparkle; emerald and Asscher cuts show clarity and need a cleaner stone. Our diamond shapes page compares all ten.

Borrow a ring they wear on the same finger and we will measure it, or order our free UK ring sizer. If you have to guess, most women's ring sizes in the UK fall between K and N, and every ring includes one free resize within 12 months of delivery, so a near miss is easily fixed.

Rings from the collection are made to order and normally take 3 to 4 weeks from the next working day. Bespoke designs take 2 to 5 weeks depending on the design, plus any time needed to source a particular stone. Tell us your date before you order and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.

Yes. We meet by appointment across London and bring the rings and stones you are considering; there is no showroom to visit on spec. If you are elsewhere, we do the same by video and post a ring sizer first.

Yes, two ways. The Ring Matchmaker narrows our collection to the rings that fit what you describe. A bespoke commission starts with a conversation, then a CAD design you approve before anything is made, guided personally by our founder.
