A radiant-cut centre stone ringed by a halo of small diamonds. The halo sits close to the centre, broadening the face of the ring without lifting it far off the finger. The shoulders carry small diamonds down to the band, so the pavé continues out from the halo rather than stopping at the head. It reads well on the hand — wider than a solitaire, but still close-set and measured.

At the centre is a radiant-cut diamond of 1.5ct. Fine micro-claws hold each stone with the minimum of metal, so more of the diamond is visible from every angle.
