Rose Lab-grown Diamonds

The rose cut has a flat base and a domed crown of triangular facets rising to a point, with no pavilion at all. It dates to the sixteenth century and gives a soft, glassy shimmer rather than sparkle — and it spreads very wide for its weight.

Because there is no pavilion, a rose cut is shallow and looks considerably larger than its carat weight suggests. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined stones, certified to the same standards and typically 60-80% less per carat. Our lab-grown diamond guide covers the detail. Compare it with every other outline in our diamond shapes guide, and get to grips with what actually drives price in our diamond 4Cs guide. Every stone is independently certified, priced transparently, and can be set into any ring in our collection or into a design of your own.
